Currently, we are an out of network provider. I do offer super bills for PPO insurance carriers in order to get possible reimbursement for the services provided. The patient must submit this at their own discretion. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept medicare as an out of network provider.

You do not need a referral from a doctor, however in the state of California we are able to treat you for 12 sessions or 45 days, whichever occurs first. If you wish to be treated beyond this timeline, then a written referral from your MD is required.
