Welcome to my World!!

The World of "Be Your Best Mama!"

This is me (on the left, Ashlee Gendron) and my colleague and business partner (on the right, Christine Strader). We both started at the same outpatient practice when we graduated Physical therapy school and now have joined together to create a Physical Therapy experience for postpartum mothers. Since working in a busy outpatient orthopedic practice (where you see a patient every 30 minutes), we decided we wanted to emphasize one on one care with our patients. We strive to give 1-1.5 hours of individual treatment time, in order to really focus on the patient.

I have 2 boys (5 and 7) and she has one baby girl (1). Being a parent is one of the hardest things I have ever done! I know how important it is to feel like yourself again and not your kids "snack bitch." lol

That is why self care is so important, and we are here to listen.

What do you miss being able to do before you became a mother?
